Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight (do not refrigerate or freeze). Unopened tubs can last several months from the packing date if stored appropriately.

 

Once the tub’s seal has been broken, please enjoy immediately for best results. Cotton candy is very sensitive to temperature and humidity, and will begin to deflate after extended exposure to open air.

 

Some shrinkage during shipping is normal. 

 

Due to demand, our small team, and the nature of cotton candy, we are unable to offer refunds on issues outside of our control. 

 

However, mistakes happen! If you believe we have made an error, please contact us so we can resolve the problem at no expense to you. As always, thank you for supporting Bon Puf :)
